As I enter my fourth or fifth day of waking up at 5 AM, I’ve already noticed the incredible benefits it’s brought to my life. The most significant impact it’s had is on my confidence. Waking up early and tackling these tasks before most people are even out of bed has shown me that I can do hard things and consistently work toward self-improvement.

Overcoming the Temptation to Hit Snooze

Of course, embracing the 5 AM Club isn’t always easy. This morning, I thought I had overslept and told myself it was okay to snooze for another 20 minutes. But that’s the kind of attitude that holds us back from achieving greatness.

Thankfully, my alarm went off just 30 seconds later, and I jumped out of bed at 4:45 AM. This was the closest I’ve come to completing the 20/20/20 routine in just an hour, and I’m more excited than ever to continue this journey and make the most of each day.
